This is a test
One of their employees run us off the road twice. Contacted their manager, he assured us, he'd handle the situation and call us back. He never called us back. We called him back, the manager said the employee claimed a truck was blocking his vision & that is why he ran us off the road both times. Nothing was done. I would never but from someone who treats people this way.
After purchasing a vehicle on 9/23/17 we took the vehicle home to have issues with it starting in 9/25 and 9/26 as well as agin today 10/9. We called to speak with Gerald who sold us the vehicle but he no longer works for the company. We were directed to Zach a Sales Manager who told us to come in. When we did we spoke to Bethany the receptionist who went to the back office and told Zach we were here. After we came in a young man came in who wanted an interview and Zach took care of him first. After 40 minutes I again asked to speak without a Zach and as you can imagine, after sitting with a very anxious 2 year old, we were irritated. Zach asked my husband if the vehicle was still running and my husband responded by letting him know that since Zach was busy he didn't want to waste gas letting it run for an hour. Zach began to argue, after already informing us that he didn't know anything about the mechanics of a car, that the vehicle actually wastes more gas being started and turned off and that he had no idea we were there. Leaving Bethany to look like she didn't fulfill her duties. I the. Let him know that was besides the point and the issue at hand was that the vehicle we bought less than a month ago had cost us money 3 separate occasions due to not starting and my husband missing work. Zach then told me and my husband that he didn't HAVE to help us and that he was just being nice. So sad that we came here less than a month ago and had an amazing experience, with a sales rep who no longer works for the company, and today we come in to experience an arrogant and rude SALES MANAGER. If I could give less than 1 star I should would based on out experience with Zach, your Sales Manager.
I just purchased a Mustang from Roberts Auto Center Chevy dealership. Dylan Rogers was my sales rep and was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and helped me weigh out pros and cons of them all. I was never rushed or pushed into a purchase. Mike the finance manager worked a great deal for me and I ended up with the car I really wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Overall this was a great car purchasing experience and I will continue to do business here.
