I called to politely just make them aware of what happen. Didn't ask for money back or anything. They acted annoyed and confused as to why this was upsetting. They didn't care one bit about me. Just making money . Never seemed interested in my business at all . Please be careful
This place was extremely disappointing to say the least.
After this I went to another shop that confirmed the part was bad that I said needed replaced, had them replace the part that needed replaced now my cars running great!
I've been looking for a good honest shop in the area to work on my car. Came here highly recommended from a friend. Scheduled an appointment and had to sit and wait for 45 minutes after my appointment time to be helped. They acted like they forgot I was there. I told them the part that Autozone said I needed. Had it in hand. They came back in after 10 minutes or so saying the part was fine. Had a list of other stuff I needed done then charged me $40 for looking at my car. I've had shops look at my car for an hour and quote me and not charge me a dime.
