Patrick was extremely helpful, going the extra mile and answering questions when my friend got stranded on her way through town. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and didn't mess around. If all their technicians are this competent, I feel confident with this shop.
Had a few issues that I couldn't fix myself. They gave me the options, and went over potential issues, and told me they'd call if anything came up. Got me fixed up quick and at a fair price.

Got a 39.99 uhaul truck and had to put down a 100$ deposit that was told by Patrick if we brought the truck back before the rental agreement time we could get our deposit back in cash, after it would have to be a check. When we called about the deposit we were told that they do NCO checks no matter what to refund deposit, and when we asked why its was only 26$ left out of it(we got 1 extra day(39.99) they filled the tank back up we didnt have cash till we got the deposit back (5.99 the gas was taxed) and the 47 miles we used (7.82-12.69) but we should have got around 30-40$ back. There was hidden fees that Patrick didnt tell us about like the "safe mover fee", etc. Definately will never rent a uhaul from here again! Several people who have used U-hauls have told me this is not right and to use another place, guess im shopping around more next time.
Professional, told me what was wrong and gave me a choice as to they could fix it and reasons why they could do a better job than me trying to do myself.
