I've been to a lot of gamestop and game stores in general. The staff here always greets you and is knowlegable in your questions. However they tend to get rushes of customers and are not staffed. It cam lead to insane wait times and is slightly irritating if you wanna buy one game and someone is trading in their life collection. However that only earns them 1 less star. The building is clean and organized. Good management.

This is the only one, the far, the best, GameStop Store of all Oklahoma State. I still go there so often. Every time I went inside the store, the employees say "Welcome to the GameStop." When I look around to buy something, the employee or manager tries to ask me a question and I asked them. This is important for communication between a shopper and a staff. That is some related to extend of better customer support idea. The whole employees are friendly and smile sometimes. It is like a kid went to the Candy Store. I will go there it again. I recommended to anyone.
