Variety of phones was very small, wont go back for a phone until im off US Cellular plan. Rented a Verizon unlocked S5 thats the only phone that would work on US Cellular and the mms wont work. Its been less then 24 hours and when asked if I could get a refund they wont do it. Staff was very kind and accomadating while looking to rent though.

I was interested in the payment takeover option. I have recently added 4 children to my home and needed to restructure the bedrooms in my home. The quality to price ratio had me walking out the door. A rip-off is a rip-off no matter how accomodating or friendly they are.
They are stealing my money off my paycard. When you pay with plastic their computer memorizes the number so u dnt have to give it to them when you pay, you just tell them when. However, theu take it on themselves to take your all your money off of it if you get behind, leaving you and your family without groceries for the week. Ive talked to a lawyer. No matter how far a person gets behind, taking all their money and without autherization is illegal. They did this twice to me. Im fixing to comfront them for the last time.
