Wow just wow it's so hard to imagine a pleasant experience with any of the employees in this store. Every single one of them including the manager is rude and hateful... Who hired these people that have zero customer relation skills what so ever.
Great customer service. The staff tried to help with every phone problem I had and charged me nothing for it. They also cut my bill in half just to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for my service. I rate them a 10! they've definitely have improved with the new management team!
bryan wilson ruined my phone and now nobody wants to take care of it. This is the worst place to go. Toni the DM wouldn't even talk to us. We went though every step that tech support and apple care support suggested and my phone still doesn't work.
This store is always super helpful and Knowledgeable and I am not sure what Miss Yali was talking about Bryan has always been amazing and I hear he even got promoted to Store Manager at a different location so it must be true.
