My husband and I showed up on a Saturday morning prepared to purchase 2 vehicles. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at, and wasn’t pushy at all. I hate car shopping because of some really bad past experiences, so we decided to buy 2 vehicles at once and “rip the band aid off fast”. We were so pleased to find that our salesman was extremely laid back and made our car buying experience pleasant. They were able to get my hubby into the truck he wanted and the car I wanted “I LOVE my 2018 Dodge Charger”!! I highly recommend Roberts to anyone wanting a great car buying experience. We have bought 3 vehicles from Roberts now and it's been a great experience each time! Everyone from the sales staff to finance were very easy to work with and kind. A special thanks to Jordan Thurston for hooking us up with our 2500 Ram. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and we will definitely use him in the future. Additionally, we had some extras added to the truck and it is looking sharp! Their shop did an excellent job!
My experience at first was great. But went down hill from there. I had what I thought was a great salesman. But he said stuff that he later lied to my next sales man about. 2nd salesman I thought was great as well. But he was terrible at following thru with details and never returned calls. Then my car blue tooth didn't work. I called the Chrysler number and she seen it needed 2 recalls repaired. I only knew of 1 and the service center had said Chrysler had not released that part. She called herself and told them the 2 recalls and that my radio needed 2 updates. The car in my opinion should have had all of this fixed before I bought it. Finally they tried to make me pay for a radio that was broken and promised to be updated by my salesman. So I flipped out called the service manager and told him I wasn't paying for stuff that was promised to be fixed by my salesman. I also explained that I had been told tags and taxes would be included in my car deal and after everything had been signed it wasn't. So I am no longer pleased with the Dodge part of Roberts group.
Every visit to Roberts Dodge for preventive maintenance has been a good one. Every person that I encounter there has been polite and courteous. The service department does an excellent job of getting your vehicle serviced and answering my questions. I'm happy they're my dealership.
The service department was amazing. I drove up with a flat tire, and oil change. They took my vehicle in immediately. I asked if I had time to walk over to the Walmart while I waited. They said "you don't need to walk, we have a courtesy van that can take you and pick you up when your vehicle is ready". WOW. I was impressed. It didn't take over 2 hours without and appointment. All of the staff were friendly and were extremely courteous and helpful. They will work with you. This is the first time I've ever been pleased with any car dealer service department.
