I worked with Dr. Smith's office as a hygienist 11 years ago and saw first hand how well she took care of her patients, especially the children that needed more extensive work. Although I didn't have children of my own at the time, I knew that when I did, I would bring them to her. The time came that my 5 year old needed treatment. When I called to set up an appointment, Lawrence, and the office as a whole, were so personable. We had a great visit. We travelled from Tulsa just to see Dr. Smith and we were not disappointed.
They were super people. Very concerned explained everything all around great people.
Amazing staff. Extremely professional, efficient, and just beaming with happiness. The entire arrangement is very cozy and welcoming The dental services are absolutely cutting edge and beyond par.
I would give Lori, DDS and her so called office manage (her husband), ZERO STARS if possible. Take your family to another facility. All she wants to do is premedicate before EVERY APPOINTMENT and rack up insurance claims, EXTREMELY GREEDY PEOPLE. So many procedures that are unnecessary. My wife called and called, with no returned calls. Not even sure why these people have a practice in Pryor, as they live over by Holland Hall, where their children go to school. SUPPORT OUR LOCAL DOCTORS!!!!!!
What an incredible dental office! The staff there is kind and hospitable. The atmosphere is calming and like a little lake get away. Doctor does same day crowns which is huge so I don't have to take off work twice. I am a mom of 4 and love saving time!
