Great place
Every trailer they have for lease/rent here is falling apart, most often from water pouring into the inside of the walls every time it rains...which means squishy, moldy walls (not to mention DANGEROUS when it's coming from your light switches!) and eventually squishy, ruined floors and carpets. They make the trailers up to have them look just good enough for you to sign the contract, then your troubles begin. They take forever to send anyone to fix anything, and if/when they finally do, it's a shoddy patch job that doesn't last. They charge WAY too much for these hunks of junk, and the lot rent goes up every year, whether you are buying or renting. And god forbid you're even one day late (probably from wasting all your money trying to fix things yourself after a month of harassing the landlord)...fees upon fees on top of it all. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from here...It's too late for me--save yourselves!!!
